This Privacy Policy describes how Thairealestatefund Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects personal data submitted through thairealestatefund.com in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) of the Kingdom of Thailand.

We collect the full name and email address you submit through the eligibility form, along with technical data such as IP address, browser type, device identifier and pages visited, collected automatically through essential and (where consented) analytics cookies.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process your data to send you information about residential property projects available in your region, to respond to your enquiry, to comply with legal obligations and to maintain the security of the website. The legal basis is your consent (Section 19 PDPA) and our legitimate interest in operating the website and preventing fraud.

Personal data submitted through the form is retained for up to twenty-four (24) months from the date of submission, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
